I am so happy to have been asked to do some Pilates in the Pew's at St Conan's Kirk. A chance to use simple movements to help keep you mobile, build strength and improve your balance. The great thing is you'll be able to take the exercises and practice them anywhere as exercises can be done anywhere there is a chair! So come along on Thursday 29th May at 2pm, do some seated based pilates and have a chat and a cuppa.
